Hollis warranty with no hassle

I know this is a Kia store and I brought in an old F-150 because a friend swore by the shop here. Hollis took it anyway and did not act like I was wasting his time. He found a leaking line, quoted it, and had it done a day early. He also told me straight that the frame rust is going to be my real problem in two years, which nobody else bothered to mention. Honest is worth more to me than convenient.
