Joliet Kia Telluride Buyer at World Kia 7

Walked onto the lot with an exact vehicle in mind. Had no intention of buying just wanted to look. But I was there for a very specific 27 Telluride, color/features... the whole 9. Shockingly it was there on the lot. Was ready for a test drive. That's when Gavin got involved. He grabbed the keys and as we pulled out of the lot, I put him to the challenge. I spent an easy 20 hours watching videos and reviews on YouTube, there was nothing I didn't know about this vehicle. That was until Gavin started showing me stuff and telling me facts on the car. He is a young guy, new school... but he had the knowledge of an old school sales consultant, that immediately impressed me. I wanted the car at that point but wasn't prepared to purchase that night. Gavin said I could come back and I was going to be sure to go back and work woth him. He did not pressure me at all, he was quite the opposite... tried to do everything to make the deal work for me and allow me to go home with the vehicle that night. He kept my kids entertained so they didn't drive us both crazy and was just overall very personable and accommodating. I've been a loyal Kia owner for years, but through many different dealerships. No more of that, I got my guy now. Gavin is the only one I'm talking to in the future.
