I cannot say enough good things about Rudy and the level of customer service he gave me. He went above and beyond for TWO straight days working with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in my new Kia Sorento.

And when I say he worked with me…I mean he WORKED with me. I had questions, more questions, follow-up questions to those questions, numbers to go over, scenarios to run, and probably a few “okay, but one more thing…” messages thrown in for good measure. Rudy never once made me feel like I was bothering him or rushing me into a decision. He was patient, responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful through the entire process.

The Sorento I wanted wasn’t even sitting on their lot, but Rudy didn’t stop there. He went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle I wanted and have it brought in from another dealership for me. He listened to what was important to me and genuinely worked to make the deal come together instead of just trying to sell me whatever was available.

Buying a vehicle can be stressful especially when you’re someone like me who wants to understand every number, every feature, every option, and approximately 47 different “what if” scenarios. Rudy handled all of it like a champ.

What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was just another sale. He made me feel like he genuinely wanted me to be happy with both the vehicle and the deal before I said yes. That kind of patience, communication, and customer service is hard to find.

After two days of working through everything, I ended up with the Sorento I wanted, the deal I was comfortable with, and an experience that made me feel confident about my decision.

Rudy, thank you for answering every question, working through every detail, putting up with me and my calculator, and going the extra mile quite literally to get my Sorento brought in from another dealership.
