My CR-V had an intermittent electrical gremlin that two shops could not reproduce. Hollis kept it two days, found a chafed harness behind the dash, and explained the whole thing in language I could actually repeat to my husband. It has been fine since October. He charged me the diagnostic time he quoted and not a minute more, even though I know it took him longer than that to chase it down.
