Diego in and out with no wasted time

The car is fine and the price was fair, but the delivery day was a mess. My appointment was at four and I did not leave until almost eight because the finance office had two other deals stacked ahead of mine. Diego kept apologizing and it clearly was not his doing, but nobody offered to reschedule me or come back to me with an actual time. I would buy another car. I would not tell a friend to plan a short evening around it.
