Out nowhere my Kia optima shut down on me in the middle of the road! I contacted Kia in Joliet and I spoke with Tyler and he was very helpful, follow up with me and make sure the process was painless. Also Ivan, Julianna and Felipe were very helpful! I can't say enough about these guys but if you need anything they are the one to go to! GREAT JOB TYLER, IVAN, JULIANNA and FELIPE!!!!!!
