Chicago Kia Sorento Buyer at World Kia 10

My husband Harold and I cannot say enough great things about Jeremy at World Kia Joliet! We came in looking for a Kia Sorento but were honestly nervous because our credit isn't the greatest. We weren't sure if getting into a vehicle was even going to be possible.

From the moment we met Jeremy, he treated us with nothing but kindness and respect. He never once made us feel embarrassed about our credit situation or pressured us into anything. He was patient, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely worked hard to help us find a solution.

Jeremy went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He made us feel like people, not just another sale. We ended up driving home in a beautiful Kia Sorento, something we weren't even sure would happen when we walked through the doors!

If you're looking for a vehicle, especially if your credit isn't perfect, GO SEE JEREMY! He truly cares about his customers and will do everything he can to help. World Kia Joliet is lucky to have him!
